Update - My daughter was eventually contacted and they gave her an appointment for the next day. A different person removed some of the lashes and made them a bit better, but still not the desired result. Very disappointed with the result, especially for such an important occasion. My daughter went to this salon to have her lash extensions done for her wedding. She showed the lash technician a photo of exactly what she wanted—a soft, natural-looking, wispy set with defined individual lashes and a subtle flare at the outer corners.
