the staff who work TOO hard and don't have any new help. Westmont needs to hire new qualified staff to ease the hard work that the regular staff does.

I would make a request that the common areas are cleaned more frequently, specifically vacuuming the carpeted areas and hallways where on the floors where residents reside. Also, the house keeping for residents could be a bit more thorough. Otherwise, the staff has been accommodating and friendly.

I’d steer clear of this place. It’s random who you’ll get staff-wise. Some staff are very nice and friendly, others are patronizing, rude and arrogant with terrible customer service. We had better experiences with the workers than one of the leaders in particular who rudely interfered and interrupted an important medical meeting with our family doctor for a non-emergency. If you look at their reviews on different sites, failure to bathe, give medications correctly, etc are seen there on reviews. We’ve experienced some of these issues as well.
